The best grill we've ever bought. Premier Home Collection is the best choice we could have made. We looked at other stores, but they were more than willing to stay on the phone with me, multiple times, and answered all of my questions. Even my wife was impressed.
Not much to say, except THIS IS THE BEST GRILL I have ever bought. My last 3 were the cheap models form the "big discount store" You know the one I mean. They only lasted a couple years before they started rusting and got harder and harder to light. After the 3rd one, a friend said they bought one of these and HOLY SH**, they were not wrong.
The most expensive grill I've ever bought. So far its worth every penny. The quality is excellent. Should last the rest of my life. Ammortized over 20 years, it ends up cheaper than the cheapo models.
This was the most expensive grill we ever bought. My husband has always wanted a heavy duty grill. It took us 2 months to actually buy the thing. Stephanie was a huge help and kept answering all our questions, everytime we called. I know we asked the sames questions multiple times but she answered them each time with out any issues. We don't plan on buying another grill for a very long time, but if we buy anything else you sell, we will contact you first. Thank you for your help.
After years of saving and lots of research I got the Prestige 500 RSIB. Assembly wasn't difficult but I'm older and can't see as well I used to. You definitely need two people to put the grill on the base. Follow the instructions!!
Everyone of our neighbors was impressed. Amount of heat is incredible. The greats make it look like I'm a pro. First time I ever cooked tomahawk steaks, and they were better than any restaurant.
First time we used it was for our family reunion. There were 27 people and this thing kept putting out the burgers and hot dogs like nothing else. Super happy
First grill I ever bought. Wish it cooked better. Seems to hot. Keep burning my food. Definitely built well. Just don't know if I love it like some people say.

Would Recommend
Great grill. Only issue I have is the warming rack. It sits too low so its not usable if actully grilling on the entire grill. May end up not using it at all. But the grill cooks really well.
