1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, we will process and ship it within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 5-11 business days(This is without UPS carrier shipping method). We provide also UPS carrier shipping, Which is delivered via UPS carrier on timed basis according to distance. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays and due to weather conditions.
2. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. What is your refund policy?
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. All items returned or exchanged must be in new condition and in original, unopened packaging. Please note that there may be a restocking fee and return shipping costs for outright returns which is 25% of products price.
4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please make note of it when signing for delivery and take photos of the damage. Send the photos along with a description of the damage to sales@premhomecollection.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer. Please refer to the individual product pages for warranty details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use, and are not applicable to items damaged upon arrival.
