Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will start our fulfillment process as soon as we receive confirmation that your payment has cleared. All in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Any custom product may require additional processing time and will be explained at the time your order is placed. Transit times for orders may vary from 5-11 business days.

Shipping rates for private and common carriers: 

  • Orders up to $99 - Shipping costs will be estimated by the least expensive shipping carrier available.
  • Orders above $99 - Shipping Costs are free.

Order Processing time: 1-3 business days.

Transit time: UPS and other carriers delivery time is 5-11 business days.


Holiday Shipping 
Shipping times during the holidays may vary due to increased strain on shipping carriers or weather delays. Please allow extra time for your items to arrive safely at the shipping address you have chosen.

Address Changes
We highly recommend double-checking and being sure of the shipping address when ordering your products. We will do our best to accommodate any address changes before the order has been shipped, however, we can only sometimes guarantee the address can be updated without fees. Most carriers charge up to a $250 consignment fee for address changes if the order has already left the warehouse.

Order Shipment
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when you placed your order.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at - sales@premhomecollection.com.

When you are purchasing from Premier Home Collection, you are acknowledging the following Exchange Agreement:
  • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage to the packaging and/or the product, and provide these pictures to Premier Home Collection within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. 
  • I understand that if products need to be returned they must be unopened and unused and in their original packaging.  An additional restocking fee may occur.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I may be unable to receive a full refund. 
  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 25% of the product price.
  • I understand that all Custom orders are non-refundable and can not be returned.
